We offer a return policy only if the received jewelry is damaged or in case there is any manufacturing defect. You can issue a return for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Ensure to notify about the defect within 48 hours of delivery. For products that do not satisfy you or make you happy or satisfy, will not be returned but only exchanged. You can request another piece of jewelry in exchange for the previous within 7 days of delivery. Returns will be processed if the items are returned in the condition, they were dispatched along with original packaging and tags in place. If we receive an item that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, it will not be accepted for exchange or returns. To process a return or exchange, simply email us at info@kaoaph.com. Please note that the products purchased under-sale, or any seasonal offers and bespoke/customized products are not subject to refund/exchange. Postage/shipping charges for the return/exchange of the item must be paid by the customer.
