The SCICLI Team wishes all our readers and members of the S-Tribe a fantastic and a very Happy New Year! We hope and manifest that 2023 is full of adventures, thrill, fun and so much joy. However, we can’t help but also acknowledge that year ends and new beginnings can be fairly daunting. While there’s this unseen but ever-present and overwhelming expectation to transcend into a newer, better version of ourselves - cue our New Year resolutions (that only make it till February more often than not), it might be a good idea to pause and reflect on the year that was.

It’s safe to say that reflection and reminiscence often go hand-in-hand, and looking back at the years, we realize how some habits, some choices, some people and some keepsakes become and remain constants. It is this standard that we at SCICLI, strive to achieve and adhere to. Your carefully curated demi-fines deserve to adorn your skin for years to come, and we simply refuse to compromise on the same.

The fastest growing segment in jewellery at present are demi-fines, and with good reason. Demi-fine jewellery is made by coalescing precious metals and vermeil plating techniques. It acts as a bridge between the affordable (but tarnish-prone) costume jewellery and the opulent (but adequately expensive) fine jewellery. Leaning towards fine jewellery, demi-fines allow us a touch of luxury without costing us a fortune. Luxury that is achievable. Luxury that lasts.

SCICLI at its core, aims at building a sustainable ecosystem by rejecting mass production, embracing fair trade and accrediting artisanal designs. A brand that creates minimal yet statement jewellery for the humans of today - and believes in not only breaking barriers, but also uniting fashion-forward women across borders.

SCICLI uses ethically sourced, premium materials to consciously create their stunning pieces. Made with 18-22 Karat Micron Gold Plating and 92.5 Sterling Silver, alongside Brass and Stainless Steel, all SCICLI pieces are both lead and nickel-free. Needless to say, SCICLI jewellery in their eloquent silhouettes, become pieces that you will treasure for a lifetime, pieces that go on to become the modern heirloom.

Gone are the days of heavy OTT, Kundan and Zaveri, which are only appropriate for the annual big fat Indian wedding in the family. In 2023, we’re all about “out with the old and in with the new”. And the new cool is investing in trans-seasonal pieces that you will actually end up wearing - date nights, work meetings, brunch with the girls - you name it, and we’ve got it for you! Fashion has always been about self-expression, and when complemented with the right accessories, it can make a look truly iconic. Our demi-fines bring an understated glamour to your outfit, elevating any look, so effortlessly.

Spin Chunky hoops, that make a statement

With the new year, we’d like to indulge and further our approach and efforts in bringing you mindfully made jewellery. Working towards a more sustainable ecosystem, in an ever-evolving fashion and lifestyle space, we look to earth-positive swaps, environment-friendly choices and conscious consumerism. Amidst all these changes, we find solace in knowing that some things never change, some people are constant, some relationships always hold love, and some keepsakes last. Infinitely grateful for our S-Tribe, we hope SCICLI always remains that constant for you, finds a place in your jewelry box and your heart, and enhances your radiance whenever you choose to wear it. Here’s to us, here’s to you.
